Delivery & Returns
The items we sell come in all shapes and sizes.
For smaller items that can be shipped as parcels we mainly use Royal Mail or UPS.
For standard UK parcel delivery please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Next day delivery is also available on all parcels if you get in touch and request this.
(Next day is not available at the checkout). Next Day Parcel Delivery - Only applies to orders placed Monday to Thursday by 2pm. Any orders placed anytime Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday, Excluding bank and public holidays.
For larger items, especially furniture, garden statuary or architectural pieces we will use either specialist shippers or Palletways for delivery. The delivery charges for larger items are charged at the checkout based on size and weight. Quite often multiple items can be purchased in one basket without incurring multiple delivery charges although this depends on weight and sizes of the various items purchased. Occasionally customers prefer to obtain specific estimates for delivering specialist items. This is especially worthwhile if a number of items are being purchased together as we can consider both packing and shipping combined. If you require this please get in touch.
Larger items requiring delivery via Palletways are usually delivered within 5 working days. You will receive a call from Palletways prior to delivery (usually the day before) to confirm that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the delivery. Palletways cannot offer timed deliveries. If the proposed day is not convenient, you can request another day.
Our specialist furniture shippers usually deliver to most places around mainland UK on a weekly basis, so depending on the day you place your order it is likely that the item will be delivered within a week or so. Orders placed before Thursday are usually delivered during the following week.
Deliveries to Europe are also usually on a weekly basis.
Palletways will deliver your item to an external area with good level access as long as a hard surface is available. A pallet truck cannot run on uneven ground, any soft surface or gravel. If no suitable surface is available the driver may need to leave your item as close to your property as possible, leaving you responsible for moving the item onto your property.
Our specialist furniture shippers will carefully remove the item from the vehicle and carry it into the ground floor of your property. Good, safe access is required.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from WilyFox, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns reference BEFORE sending your item. Items cannot be returned to the warehouse without a returns reference and should this happen your return will be rejected.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. We may require photographic evidence as this may be needed if damage has occurred during delivery. If damage is noticeable on the packaging at the time of delivery, please make a note on the carriers paperwork of handheld device.
With the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us.
